Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below. By accessing or using this website, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit the website. Cleaners Australia may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these terms.
Cleaners Australia requires cancellation or rescheduling requests to be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. For any requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time (by phone, chat, or email), you will be charged 50% of the deposit paid.
If our cleaners are denied access to the property due to a customer no-show or lock-out, you may be charged up to the full amount of your booked cleaning service.
We accept all major credit cards for payment. 50% deposit of the job will be required at the time of the booking and the balance is payable at the completion of the job.
We offer flat rate pricing based on the size of the home. However, we reserve the right to adjust the price if the home is larger, contains excessive pet hair, or is messier than usual.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our work, including a free re-clean of any missed areas during the initial cleaning. Claims for a re-clean must be made within 24 hours of the service. A claim may not be made if you were present during the cleaning and approved the work during the walkaround.
Cleaners Australia requires 7 days to address and resolve any issues before you post negative feedback on any public website (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp).
We invest significant time in recruiting and background-checking our cleaners. By using our service, you agree not to hire any Cleaners Australia cleaners independently unless you pay a referral fee of $2000. This fee is due immediately upon personal employment of the cleaner, regardless of the frequency of the service.
For safety reasons, Cleaners Australia does not allow its cleaners to move or lift heavy items. If you want cleaning behind large appliances (e.g., stove, fridge) or furniture (e.g., couch), please move them before our arrival.
We reserve the right to arrive within a 1-hour window of the scheduled time. For example, if your booking is for 10:00 AM, we may arrive anytime between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

These terms apply to all service contracts between Us and the Customer and take precedence over any other communication from the Customer.
We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or abusive behaviour toward our staff. This includes verbal, written, or physical threats. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if such behaviour occurs.
All quotes are approximate and based on average house and room sizes.
Quotes are subject to change upon actual assessment of the property.

We reserve the right to decline cleaning certain items or areas if they pose a safety risk. Any changes to the original quote will be communicated to you, and the additional cost will need to be approved before the work begins.
The Customer must be available and reachable one hour before the agreed job start time. If we are unable to contact the Customer, we may proceed with the cleaning using reasonable endeavours, which may void any warranties.
Failure to provide access to the property may result in a full cancellation meaning the initial deposit paid will be not refundable.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial deposit paid. Denied access to the property (e.g., customer no-show or lock-out) will result in a full cancellation meaning the initial deposit paid will be not refundable.
For End of Lease/Vacate cleaning, cancellations within 24 hours, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial deposit paid. Cancellations on the day of service will result in a full cancellation meaning the initial deposit paid will be not refundable.

Team Cleaners Australia will provide the services at their best capacity to assist getting the bond back, however we do not guarantee the bond back.
All complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of the service and sent to admin@cleanersaustralia.com.au.
Complaints should include the Customer’s name, contact details, and a detailed explanation.
